When Judge Abbe Fletman was approached about leading the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ commerce section, she hadn’t been looking to leave her post in the court’s Complex Litigation Center.
But as someone who spent much of her career as an attorney practicing in Philadelphia’s commerce court, Fletman said, she was excited to make the move.
