Judge Idee Fox.
Longtime Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Idee Fox plans to step down from the bench soon after her term serving as president judge of the First Judicial District expires.
Fox, whose five-year term as president judge expires at the end of October, said she plans to retire at the end of the year. She has been on the court since 1996.
