As the public continues to get familiar with the uses of generative AI, a wave of new products is hitting the market with an eye toward making attorneys’ lives easier, including some that are geared specifically at the personal injury bar.

The defense bar has by and large taken a conservative approach to AI so far, with many outright banning the use of tools like ChatGPT or Google Bard by any employees at their firms. And, while some on the plaintiffs side have taken a similar approach, others are actively exploring what’s out there and remaining open to the possibilities that these new tools could offer.
