As counsel made their closing statements Monday in the disciplinary trial of Philadelphia Judge Mark Cohen, Cohen’s attorney told the presiding judges they had a larger task before them.

“You have to draw the line,” solo practitioner Samuel Stretton said. “It’s time to let judges know what they can or can’t do.”
