For their first in-person summer associate program since before the pandemic, many of Pennsylvania’s Big Law firms are continuing to make room for hybrid work as they train the 2022 class of aspiring practitioners.

Several legal headhunters in the Pennsylvania market have said firms that don’t afford younger lawyers flexibility in work arrangements are at risk of losing many of their associates due to shifting workplace preferences.
