Spotting a gap in cradle-to-grave brokerage services for auto-dealers, central Pennsylvania-based firm McNees Wallace & Nurick launched a joint LLC with accounting firm and long-time cross-selling partner Boyer & Ritter.

Leaders at the firms said Keystone Advisors, which went live Oct. 19, seeks to shake up the dealmaking landscape for automotive dealerships, which members said is inundated with unscrupulous actors and incomplete services.
