Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has created a new role on its management team to oversee talent recruitment and professional development across the Big Law firm’s national footprint, promoting Danielle Rosetti, formerly the director of human resources and talent management, to chief talent officer.

Coming off a 12-year tenure at Buchanan, Rosetti is tasked with hiring at the shareholder and counsel level, adhering to the firmwide strategy. Rosetti said in an interview Thursday she’s focused on building market presence in several of the firm’s existing locations, and deepening the firm’s financial industry and restructuring benches.
