After winning $1.36 million from an arbitrator in an attorney fee dispute, Fish & Richardson recently filed a lawsuit in a Dallas district court in an attempt to confirm the award and get their former clients to pay up.

But a lawyer who now represents Fish’s ex-clients said that they plan to object to the conformation of the award, one they believe is “not meritorious at all.”
