The Webster Vicknair MacLeod firm announced a settlement agreement in the wake of a $15.3 million jury verdict in Harris County for the family of a 69-year-old traffic victim.

A 157th District Court jury awarded damages to Nancy Miller and the estate of Stephen Miller, the victim who was alive at the time the lawsuit was filed, but later died from medical conditions complicated by injuries suffered when a 19-year-old Robbins Chevrolet Co. employee struck him while speeding in a Camaro.
