A Dallas-based national mortgage servicer is suing a Miami-based electronic payments vendor for damages caused by a multiple billing error that affected its customers.
The lawsuit filed in the U.S. District for the Northern District of Texas was brought by McGuireWoods attorneys in Dallas and North Carolina on behalf of Nationstar Mortgage LLC, doing business as Mr. Cooper.
