A website with the tagline “Our flights are so cheap, United sued us … but we won” is now being sued—by American Airlines.

In a federal lawsuit filed Thursday in the Northern District of Texas, American Airlines is going after Skiplagged Inc., which helps travelers book itineraries with multiple layovers where the traveler exits prior to the final destination—which the website says can sometimes be cheaper than booking the direct flight.
