Welcome to Supreme Court Brief. The justices hear arguments today in the term’s highest profile case this far—a constitutional challenge to the Affordable Care Act. It is the only argument scheduled, and it will wrap up the November argument session. Akin Gump’s Pratik Shah offered some thoughts on the three issues before the justices.
