The retired bankruptcy judge recently selected to investigate the Chapter 11 matter of Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman has obtained approval to tap into the resources of his firm—at rates ranging from $165 to $850 per hour.

A Feb. 18 order from U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christine Gravelle of the District of New Jersey authorizes Donald Steckroth to retain the services of Hackensack-based Cole Schotz in his role as examiner to the Zucker Goldberg bankruptcy.
