Notice is hereby given to the Bar and all interested parties that the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey proposes to make the following amendments to the Local Civil Rules. The Court reviewed the recommendation of the Local Patent Rules Committee and submits for publication the proposed amendments to the Local Civil Rule 9.3. The full text of the following proposed amendments can also be found on the Court’s website at www.njd.uscourts.gov
