Riker Danzig announced that Liz Small joined the firm as counsel in the securities litigation, arbitration, regulation and investigations group.

Small brings broker-dealer experience in corporate internal investigations and regulatory investigations and examinations, as well as AML and financial crimes, from her in-house counsel roles at UBS Financial Services and Morgan Stanley, as well as from private practice in white-collar defense, the announcement said.
