The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office has announced a new request for qualifications for special counsel for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority appointment to the New Jersey Wind Port Project Pool.

The Department of Law and Public Safety announced, in a press release, that the Division of Law has issued an RFQ for special counsel for the Wind Port Project Pool. The New Jersey Wind Port is the nation’s first purpose-built offshore wind marshaling port, promising to position New Jersey as a hub for the U.S. offshore wind industry, according to a state website on the project.
