A construction worker who was rendered quadriplegic after a fall at a residential construction site agreed to a $4 million settlement in his Monmouth County personal injury suit, Bolanos v. Kevin Casey Builders, on Aug. 26.

Roberto Carlos Bolanos, 37, was working at a job site in Sea Girt on May 4, 2017, when he climbed onto the roof of the house and then fell to the ground, said attorney Michael Gallardo of Ginarte, Gallardo, Gonzalez & Winograd in Newark. Gallardo represented Bolanos along with John Ratkowitz of the same firm.
