A man who sustained partial amputations of four fingers on his dominant right hand in a workplace accident agreed to a $1.9 million settlement of his Monmouth County personal injury suit, Oxner v. Scott Equipment Co., and was paid on May 27.

Plaintiff Gregory Oxner was cleaning an industrial blender at his workplace, Hamiltime Herb Co. of Howell, on June 21, 2017, when another employee turned on the blender, causing the fingers on his right dominant hand to be severed to the first knuckle, said his attorney, Michael Hobbie of Hobbie & DeCarlo in Eatontown.
