As movie buffs prepare to bid on a dress Judy Garland wore in “The Wizard of Oz,” a court battle has broken out over who is the garment’s true owner.
Missing for many years, the dress was found last June in a trash bag at Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., according to the school’s website.
