The New Jersey Judiciary has shown that it’s poised to move swiftly on the proposed adoption of the Uniform Bar Exam in the state, but a January recommendation now appears unlikely.
The comment period for the ad hoc committee on the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) was pushed back for a second time, to Jan. 22.
