The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the formation of a new advisory committee on small and emerging companies that will be co-chaired by a partner from Fenwick & West.
Stephen Graham, managing partner of Fenwick’s Seattle office, specializes in representing emerging and established high growth companies, handling initial public offerings, M&A transactions, and private offerings of debt and equity.
