Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa (Chicago): Kari Hoelting has joined the firm’s business organizations and transactions group as an associate. Hoelting focuses on corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate formation and governance matters, private debt and equity offerings and contractual and general business matters. Previously, she was an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman. She received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2007.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott (Pittsburgh): Wasim Rahman has joined the firm’s corporate and business counseling division as an associate in the Philadelphia office. Rahman focuses on business law, representing public and privately held corporations on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, commercial lending, financing and general corporate governance. Previously, Rahman was an associate at White and Williams. Rahman received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2009

Fisher & Phillips (Atlanta): Sherri Catalano has joined the firm as an associate in the Denver office. Catalano focuses on employment law, health care, commercial litigation and business transactions. Previously, she was an associate at Gordon & Rees. Catalano received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007.

Plunkett Cooney (Detroit): Margaret Czuchaj has joined the firm’s litigation practice group as an associate in the Bloomfield Hills, Mich., office. Czuchaj focuses on premises liability, retail liability, motor vehicle no-fault disputes and claims involving motor vehicle negligence. Previously, she worked as a law clerk for David Viviano of the Macomb County, Mich., Circuit Court. She received her J.D from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2010.
