Prosecutors reportedly working with Smith on the Trump investigations, including David Harbach, David Rody, Timothy “Tad” Duree, John Pellettieri and Julie Edelstein, have spent portions of their careers in private practice at firms such as O’Melveny & Myers, Sidley Austin, Lankler Siffert & Wohl, Wiley Rein, and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.
