Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo’s newest office managing member in Washington, D.C., Michelle Lipkowitz, is focused on building out the office’s litigation practice while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Lipkowitz first joined Mintz last October from Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where she worked as managing partner of the Baltimore office and a firmwide diversity and inclusion partner. Effective April 2, she has taken over the role as D.C. managing member from Susan Berson, who retired at the end of Mintz’s fiscal year.
