As the Senate hangs in the balance after the midterm election, it’s bringing to light a key focus for the Biden administration on getting its judicial nominations process in gear.

With Georgia’s top two candidates heading to a runoff and two battleground states, Arizona and Nevada, still uncalled, three possibilities have emerged: Democrats hold the Senate entirely, control comes down to Georgia or the GOP wins outright.
