Trump ally Steve Bannon lost a key defense in his federal criminal case for contempt of Congress. The House held former Trump aides Peter Navarro and Dan Scavino in contempt of Congress for failing to appear to testify pursuant to the House Select Committee investigating Jan. 6’s subpoena.
