President Joe Biden on Tuesday nominated Crowell & Moring partner Paul Rosen to a top post in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Rosen, who co-chairs Crowell’s national security practice, was named assistant secretary of investment security, overseeing the Treasury Department’s role on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, which reviews the national security implications of certain foreign investments in U.S. companies.
