A Washington, D.C., man, claiming an anxiety disorder, on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block the federal transportation mask mandate until his constitutional and statutory challenges are heard by a federal district court.

Luke Wall, who says his generalized anxiety disorder is triggered by wearing masks, is from Washington, D.C., but has been “stranded” at his mother’s home in Florida since June 2 when he was barred from a flight out of Orlando International Airport.
