MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has pulled together a legal team as he fends off a defamation lawsuit against Dominion and his business files its own complaint against the voting systems company.

On Monday, storied First Amendment attorney Nathan Lewin, Alan Dershowitz and attorneys from a Minneapolis law firm that has previously worked with Clare Locke—which is representing Dominion in the litigation—filed a motion to dismiss the defamation complaint against Lindell. Those Minneapolis lawyers on Monday also filed a countersuit against Dominion in Minnesota federal court, alleging the voting company is harassing MyPillow in a McCarthy-esque effort.
