The former Trump administration’s challenge to the Affordable Care Act in the U.S. Supreme Court is a “compelling” and “pretty good target” for a change in the government’s position by the new Biden administration, former U.S. solicitors general in the George W. Bush and Obama administrations said.

The Biden Justice Department will face myriad questions about which litigation positions to reverse and which to leave alone. The Obamacare dispute at the high court is among the most visible.
