The law firm Kasowitz Benson Torres has registered as a “foreign agent” in connection with plans to file a public records request with the FBI on behalf of an Israeli businessman, according to a new disclosure submitted to the U.S. Justice Department.

Several Kasowitz Benson lawyers were named on the contract with the businessman, Naftali David Ehrenfreund, the chairman of a “private construction and entrepreneurship company,” the disclosure states.
