Earlier this month, as part of ongoing coverage of the Twitter v. Musk corporate imbroglio at Delaware’s Court of Chancery, the Wall Street Journal published a profile of Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick.

Among the folks lining up to laud McCormick’s navigation of the whirlwind docket was her predecessor in the role of chancellor, Andre Bouchard, who joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner last year after seven years leading the nation’s preeminent business court.
