Morgan, Lewis & Bockius said Wednesday that two prominent white-collar defense and financial industry partners have jumped to the firm from rivals Dechert and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, lateral moves that expand the firm’s regulatory and government enforcement prowess in Washington, D.C.

Sandra Moser, who formerly was chief of the fraud section at the Justice Department’s criminal division, arrives from Quinn Emanuel, where she had been a co-leader of the firm’s white-collar defense practice. Robin Nunn, a former in-house lawyer at American Express and Capital One, was most recently the chairwoman of Dechert’s consumer financial services practice.
