Motivated by the growing need to work remotely in the legal market, document scanning and cost recovery solutions provider nQueue and cloud-based client service automation platform Zebraworks announced Monday a merger in a bid to develop more cloud-based information workflow solutions for legal practitioners.

While financial details of the merger were not disclosed, the newly merged company did announce it is set to release at least two products in 2021. The scheduled products include ScanQ, to be released in Q1 2021, which allows scanning from mobile devices and managing and routing scanned documents remotely. CollectionQ, which is set to be released in Q2 2021 will integrate a firm’s collection process into business management systems to streamline the invoicing and payment workflow.
