Corporate legal departments are continuing to outsource major initiatives, but they’re becoming more selective about which providers get which type of work, according to a survey from Wolters Kluwer.

According to the “Legal Outsourcing Outlook 2022” survey released today, 93% of corporate legal or compliance departments outsourced some type of work last year, with technology road map/strategy (48%), legal research (43%) and managing corporate compliance (40%) as the most commonly outsourced activities.
