Today, legal ops platform Brightflag announced it has acquired Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe-created Joinder, a platform for corporate legal departments to track project-related matters, for an undisclosed sum.

Along with joining the company, Joinder is also being renamed as Brightflag Workplace, according to a press release announcing the acquisition. Eventually Brightflag Workplace will merge with the Brightflag Legal Spend Management platform to create one holistic platform, noted Brightflag CEO and co-founder Ian Nolan during an interview with LTN.
