Artificial intelligence and legal automation provider Kim Technologies announced it has entered into a 10-year nonexclusive contract with managed service provider Riverview Law, which will use technology provided by Kim in its services and product offerings.

The contract extends the relationship between the two companies well into the next decade. Riverview Law, which launched in 2012 with financial backing from DLA Piper, has partnered with Kim since 2015, and has used Kim’s AI technology as the engine behind its legal virtual assistants tools.
