After a 13-year-old killed himself in September, his mother and stepfather found their way to Cirkiel & Associates, one of two Texas firms that have joined forces to represent children and their families who allege bullying. The child’s death was one of a number of recent teen suicides allegedly caused by bullying that have prompted nationwide outrage.
