A Dallas Lawyer has been disbarred and two other lawyers have received public reprimands, the State Bar of Texas reported recently. In the case of the disbarred lawyer, the State Bar cited alleged violations of rules governing disposition of funds or other property belonging to clients. The judgment orders him to pay $3,943.75 in attorney's fees and direct expenses to the Bar. One of the reprimanded lawyers was ordered to pay $7,860.17 in fees and expenses.
