A Harris County lawyer was disbarred, another lawyer resigned his license in lieu of discipline, and another was placed on probation, according to a recent report from the State Bar of Texas. The judgment against the disbarred lawyer orders him to pay $20,000 in restitution and $9,486 in attorney's fees and direct expenses to the State Bar. The lawyer who was placed on probation also was ordered to pay $13,292 to the Bar in fees and expenses.
