The state Superior Court has upheld a $1.6 million verdict in a malicious prosecution claim brought against TV personality and producer Nancy Glass by her ex-husband.

After an argument around the time they were divorced, Glass contacted the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office with a tip that her ex-husband, periodontist Dr. Mark B. Snyder, committed insurance fraud when he listed items that were stolen from his dental office in 2001. That led to Snyder being arrested and charged with submitting fraudulent insurance claims for more than 60 items.
