Pittsburgh-based Sommer Law Group, along with its subsidiary, has sued its former legal administrator for using the firm’s debit card to make fraudulent transactions and the bank through which the card was issued for not alerting the firm to the suspicious activity.

The suit also alleges the plaintiffs’ insurer improperly denied certain claims seeking reimbursement for the fraudulently transferred funds.
