Molly Boast, the former deputy attorney general of the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, has joined Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr as a partner in New York.

During her tenure at the DOJ from May 2009 until February 2011, Boast oversaw merger investigations including the unions of NBC/Comcast and Oracle/Sun Microsystems. She was also one of three division authors of the 2010 Horizontal Merger Guidelines.
