George of Westwood, Mass., faces up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release and up to $500,000 in fines for the money laundering charges. He also faces up to five years in prison, plus three years of supervised release for the charge of structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements.

George’s only statements at his March 23 initial appearance before Magistrate Judge Robert Collings were several “Yes, your honor,” answers to the judge’s questions.
