DLA Piper has taken the first significant step in its succession plan by adding two partners to its top management office, which has been run by a triumvirate since the mega-firm’s creation in 2005.

Corporate and finance partners Roger Meltzer in New York and Jay Rains in San Diego have joined Frank Burch, Lee Miller and Terry O’Malley in the office of the chair.
