William Ruehle, the former chief financial officer of Broadcom, and Henry Nicholas, Broadcom’s former chief executive officer, were indicted on charges related to stock options backdating earlier this year.

On Monday, U.S. District Court Judge Cormac J. Carney, of the Central District of California, denied all their motions, which included numerous challenges to the indictment and requests for grand jury transcripts related to their additional claims of prosecutorial misconduct.
