The foreman of a Cobb County Superior Court jury that convicted firearms manufacturer Glock Inc.’s former general counsel and chief operating officer of racketeering and theft last week said the jury believed the state’s star witness—a former Glock executive who said he collaborated with the defendant—because the defense didn’t cross-examine him and did nothing to refute his testimony.

Paul F. Jannuzzo, Glock general counsel from 1991-2003, could receive up to 30 years in prison on the convictions, which his attorneys said they will appeal.
