Kent Stevens, formerly special counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, joins McKool Smith as a principal.
Stevens spent 10 years at the International Trade Commission as an investigative attorney and senior investigative attorney with the ITCs Office of Unfair Import Investigations. He primarily focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and Section 337 investigations before the ITC.
