Zynga Inc.’s planned initial public offering promises to make General Counsel Reginald Davis a very wealthy man.
If the gaming company behind FarmVille prices at $20, as estimated by the Los Angeles Times, Davis would be worth about $42 million on paper. Should it pop to $50, he’d be worth more than $100 million.
