Most people generally understand that when they click “I Agree” to the terms of use or other agreement when registering to use a web site or purchasing products or services online, they will be bound by the terms of that agreement, assuming it otherwise meets the requirements for an enforceable contract.

But what happens when the individual clicking the “I Agree” button is accepting the clickwrap agreement on behalf of his or her employer?
